cats!
At the San Antonio Humane Society (SAHS), we're feeling the
effects of kitten season as we work tirelessly to accommodate the overwhelming
needs of cats and kittens who come through our doors. With so many homeless cats
waiting to find loving families, right now is the perfect time to adopt a sweet
kitten…or two!
Two cats will bring your family double the love. They make
great cuddlers and offer twice as many purrs and cheek rubs. The only thing
more heartwarming than the love of a pet is the love of two!
There are many
benefits of adopting two cats together:
-They play, snuggle, learn to socialize and groom each
other.
-They keep each other from getting bored, depressed, or from
developing behavioral issues.
-They become more confident and outgoing.
Plus, if you adopt from the SAHS, your newest family members
will be spayed/neutered, microchipped and up to date on all vaccinations. We
currently have two pairs of cats searching for their forever home with room for
two!
Meet Jon and Fozzy
Bear! These adorable 5-month-old brothers are in search of a loving home,
where they can continue to grow and play together. These two cuties are
inseparable and love to play and cuddle all day long. They both enjoy head
scratches and love all the attention.
Meet Alice and
Amelia! These beautiful 2-year-old girls have developed a special friendship
at the shelter, and we don’t have the heart to separate them. They love to
snuggle with each other during naptime and have fun playing with their
enrichment toys, especially when they find treats inside them!
